[[de]]Ich bin damit einverstanden, von Recrewter Sp. z o.o. kommerzielle Informationen über elektronische Kommunikationsmittel zu erhalten, in Übereinstimmung mit dem Gesetz über elektronische Dienstleistungen.

Zostałem poinformowany/-a, iż:

administratorem danych osobowych jest Recrewter Sp. z o.o., pl. Wolności 7, 50-071 Wrocław (dalej „Administrator”);

moje dane osobowe będą przetwarzane:

w celach prowadzenia procesu rekrutacyjnego, udziału w przyszłych rekrutacjach oraz w celach marketingowych i otrzymywania informacji handlowych drogą elektroniczną, na podstawie oddzielnych zgód (art. 6 ust. 1. lit. a) RODO),

w celach związanych z prowadzoną działalnością gospodarczą oraz w celach kontaktowych oraz w celu ochrony przed roszczeniami i w celu dochodzenia własnych roszczeń (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO - prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora),

w ramach profilowania, w celu skierowania do kandydata odpowiedniej i najbardziej optymalnej oferty pracy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) RODO - prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora: przyspieszenie i usprawnienie procesu rekrutacji);

moje dane osobowe mogą zostać udostępnione potencjalnym pracodawcom oraz podmiotom upoważnionym na podstawie przepisów prawa, jak również zewnętrznym dostawcom usług (tj. podmiotom, którym Administrator powierzył przetwarzanie danych osobowych, np. podmiotom świadczącym usługi IT, udostępnienia serwerów, prawne, doradcze w zakresie rekrutacji);

w przypadku prowadzenia rekrutacji na rzecz potencjalnych pracodawców mających siedzibę spoza Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego (EOG), moje dane osobowe będą mogły zostać przekazane do państwa trzeciego, w którym siedzibę ma dany potencjalny pracodawca, w przypadku stwierdzenia przez Komisję Europejską odpowiedniego stopnia ochrony w w/w państwie trzecim lub zawarcia umowy gwarantującej odpowiedni poziom ochrony, m.in. na podstawie standardowych klauzul umownych;

moje dane będą przechowywane nie dłużej niż potrzebne do realizacji celu, w którym zostały zgromadzone albo do czasu cofnięcia zgody lub wniesienia sprzeciwu;

mam prawo do żądania od Administratora dostępu do moich danych osobowych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania lub prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania, a także prawo do przenoszenia danych. Powyższe uprawnienia mogą być jednak ograniczone przez szczególny przepis prawa;

mogę cofnąć zgodę na przetwarzanie moich danych osobowych w w/w zakresie w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem. Informacje o wycofaniu zgody należy przesłać na adres e-mail: kontakt@recrewter.pl;

mam prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, jeżeli stwierdzę, iż przetwarzanie moich danych osobowych narusza przepisy o ochronie danych osobowych;

podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, brak zgody uniemożliwi udział w niniejszym procesie lub przyszłych procesach rekrutacyjnych, przesyłanie ofert marketingowych (w drodze telefonicznej lub e-mail) lub informacji handlowych drogą elektroniczną przez Administratora;

moje dane osobowe mogą podlegać profilowaniu, poprzez automatyczne dopasowanie mojego profilu pod oferty pracy.

I have been informed that:

the controller of my personal data is Recrewter Sp. z o.o., pl. Wolności 7, 50-071 Wrocław (hereinafter the „Controller”);

my personal data will be processed:

for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process, participation in future recruitment and for marketing purposes and receiving commercial information by electronic means, on the basis of separate consents (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR),

for purposes related to the conducted business activity and for contact purposes and in order to protect against claims and to pursue own claims (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR – the Controller’s legitimate interest),

for profiling, in order to address the appropriate and optimal candidate to the candidate (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR) – the Controller’s legitimate interest - acceleration and improvement of effectiveness of the recruitment process);

my personal data may be disclosed to potential employers and entities authorized under the law, as well as to the external service providers (i.e. the entities to which the Controller entrusted the processing of personal data, e.g. entities providing IT, server access, legal, recruitment consulting services);

in case of recruitment to potential employers with registered office outside the European Economic Area (EEA), my personal data may be transferred to a third country where a potential employer has its registered office, if the European Commission decides that an adequate level of protection is ensured in a third country or in case of conclusion of an agreement guaranteeing an adequate level of protection, inter alia based on standard contractual clauses;

my personal data will be stored no longer than needed to achieve the purpose for which they have been collected, or until withdrawal of my consent or until my objection of the processing;

I have the right to request from the Controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. The above rights may, however, be limited by a special legal provision;

I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The information about the withdrawal of the consent should be sent to the e-mail address: kontakt@recrewter.pl;

I have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if processing of my personal data violates the provisions on the personal data protection;

providing personal data is voluntary, the lack of consent will prevent from participation in this or future recruitment process, sending marketing offers (by phone or e-mail) or commercial information by electronic means by the Controller;

my personal data may be subject to profiling, through automatic matching of my profile for appropriate job offers.

der Verwalter der persönlichen Daten ist Recrewter Sp. z o.o., pl. Wolności 7, 50-071 Wrocław (im weiteren "Verwalter");

meine personenbezogenen Daten verarbeitet werden:

für die Durchführung des Einstellungsverfahrens, die Teilnahme an künftigen Einstellungen und für Marketingzwecke sowie für den Empfang von Geschäftsinformationen auf elektronischem Wege auf der Grundlage gesonderter Einwilligungen (Artikel 6 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a) des Dsgvo),

zu geschäftsbezogenen Zwecken und zur Kontaktaufnahme sowie zur Abwehr von Ansprüchen und zur Verfolgung eigener Ansprüche des Verwalters (Artikel 6 Absatz 1 Buchstabe f) des Dsgvo - berechtigtes Interesse des Verwalters),

im Rahmen des Profilings, um den Kandidaten auf das passende und optimale Stellenangebot hinzuweisen (Artikel 6 Absatz 1 Buchstabe f) RODO - berechtigtes Interesse des Verwalters: Beschleunigung und Verbesserung des Einstellungsverfahrens);

meine personenbezogenen Daten können potenziellen Arbeitgebern und gesetzlich zugelassenen Stellen sowie externen Dienstleistern (d.h. Stellen, denen der Verwalter die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten anvertraut hat, z.B. Stellen, die IT-Dienste, Serverzugang, juristische Dienste, Personalberatung anbieten) zur Verfügung gestellt werden;

im Falle der Einstellung bei potenziellen Arbeitgebern mit Sitz außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums (EWR) können meine personenbezogenen Daten in ein Drittland übermittelt werden, in dem der potenzielle Arbeitgeber seinen Sitz hat, wenn die Europäische Kommission feststellt, dass in dem genannten Drittland ein angemessenes Schutzniveau besteht, oder wenn eine Vereinbarung geschlossen wird, die ein angemessenes Schutzniveau, unter anderem auf der Grundlage von Standardvertragsklauseln, gewährleistet;

meine Daten werden nicht länger aufbewahrt, als es für den Zweck, für den sie erhoben wurden, erforderlich ist, oder bis ich meine Zustimmung zurückziehe oder widerspreche;

ich habe das Recht, vom Verwalter Zugang zu meinen personenbezogenen Daten, deren Berichtigung, Löschung oder Einschränkung der Verarbeitung oder das Recht auf Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung sowie das Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit zu verlangen. Die oben genannten Rechte können jedoch durch eine besondere Rechtsvorschrift eingeschränkt werden;

ich kann meine Einwilligung zur Verarbeitung meiner personenbezogenen Daten in dem vorgenannten Umfang jederzeit widerrufen, ohne dass die Rechtmäßigkeit der aufgrund der Einwilligung vor deren Widerruf erfolgten Verarbeitung berührt wird.
